Experience our Back to Basics Survival Training course in Northamptonshire woodland. Test your employees’ leadership skills in a unique environment, hone their ability to think clearly in difficult situations, unfamiliar environments and with team members they may not know, but will have to trust.
You will receive ‘Back to Basics’ knowledge and training from a certified professional. Former Royal Marine John Sullivan has trained in the Jungle, Desert and Arctic and has also worked with the BBC on programmes such as ‘Last Man Standing’ and ‘Extreme Dreams.'
Subjects covered:
• Survival psychology.
• Introduction to the survival tin and how to maximise its use.
• The principals of fire and how get one lit using limited materials.
• Water purification methods.
• Explanation of a compass and how to use one.
• Shelter building.
• Use of knots.
This half day survival training experience is designed to teach you the basic requirements for subsistence in a survival situation all in a fun and interactive way.
After completing this course you will have gained a brief insight into the skills needed for short-term survival success.What is included?

The training course is run in Salcey Forest, Northamptonshire. It can also be run at suitable conference centres that have an outdoor area.

Salcey Forest has a cafeteria which can cater for all. Lunch is at an additional cost.
